Hell yeah! Faster Bigger Beard in 10 Steps

Beards are the most manly accessories you can have. It requires a lot of patience to grow a full beard, and the density mostly depends on age and genetics. However, there are some actions you can take to stimulate beard growth. Follow these tips and you’ll develop facial hair gradually but steadily to a full beard of epic proportions.

1.Think about sex

The first tip that will probably interest you the most, is thinking of sex. Research has shown that when a man is expecting to have sex, his beard grows faster. Beard growth is, like many other male characteristics, largely controlled by the production of testosterone. When men think about sex, the body prepares itself by secreting a high production of testosterone and thus you get an extra rapid growth of beard!

2.Exercise and relax

Simply put, stress depletes your hair growth. Get enough sleep so that damaged skin cells get a chance to recover and reduce stress through meditation and sports. Exercise ensures better blood circulation in the face, and that makes your beard grow faster.

If you have a fast circulation more nutrients will reach your hair follicles, thus increasing your beard growth. Even very slight to moderate cardio is better than not move at all. Start with a brisk half hour walk after work, or even better, go running.

3.Exfoliating and skin care

Keep your face clean and moisturized. Oils, dirt, and dead skin cells form an impenetrable barrier making it difficult for your hair to break out. Your facial hair will grow faster when your face is clean. Wash your face with cold water  in the morning and before bedtime.

Once a week scrub your face gently to remove dead skin cells, which stimulates hair growth. Make a gentle facial scrub by mixing used coffee grounds with some coconut oil, and scrub your beard area in circular movements. Wash it with warm water, and apply a moisturizer with eucalyptus, an oil that is great for a faster beard.

4.Stimulate the hair follicles with a massage

A face massage will encourage your hair follicles to grow faster and thicker.

Apply gentle, even pressure on the parts of your face where you want to stimulate hair growth. Rub in circular motions and massage your face twice a day for about 10 minutes.

5.Vitamins & Protein

These nutrients will turn you into a lean mean beard growing machine.

Protein and fats

The hair itself also consists partly of protein, and healthy hair is protected by oils and fats.  Up your intake of food proteins and fats with fish, beans, eggs and nuts. Proteins and fats may also raise your testosterone levels, a major player in the growth of facial hair.

B Vitamins

Vitamin B7, also known as biotin, is one of the most important vitamins for the hair growth. Biotin is found in nuts and egg yolks. Vitamin B5, B3 and B9, are also very important. Vitamins B5 and B3 improve circulation and can be found in chicken, beef, fish, egg yolk, avocado, milk, and whole grain products. Vitamin B9, also called folic acid, has a direct effect on your ability to grow thicker hair. Vitamin B9 is found in grains, nuts, and green leafy vegetables.

A, C and E

Vitamin A helps to keep your hair follicles and sebaceous glands in order, and is found in carrots, broccoli, and leafy green vegetables. Vitamin C strengthens your immune system, and can be found in potatoes, citrus fruits, green peppers, tomatoes, and dark green leafy vegetables. Vitamin E improves the blood circulation, and can be found in beans, nuts, and leafy vegetables.

6.Do not shave in between

Contrary to what some people say, shaving will not stimulate the growth of hair. The initial accelerated growth after shaving will slow down, and eventually the overall net hair growth will be less. So leave your beard alone. It is however wise to remove ingrown hairs to prevent uneven beard growth.

7.Drink plenty of water

To keep your body perfectly hydrated make sure you drink plenty of water. Only in optimal physical condition can facial hair grow as fast as possible. Drink, as a rule of thumb, about eight glasses a day.

8.Stop smoking

Smoking weakens the immune system. If your immune system is weakened then the body may be less able to grow hair. Nicotine also reduces the absorption of nutrients, including those needed for the growth of hair. Moreover, nicotine constricts blood vessels, which prevents your blood from reaching the right places.

9.Oil and mustard leaf

Mix ¼ cup of Jojoba or grapeseed oil and 3 teaspoons of mustard leaf to a paste. Apply this paste on your face and leave it on for 20 minutes before you rinse it again.

10.Ground cinnamon with lime juice

Mix 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon with 2 teaspoons of lime juice. Apply this paste on the face and rinse it off after 25-30 minutes. Stop immediately if irritation occurs.

Beard trimming techniques 101

Beard trimming techniques 101

Some people might ask why should I trim my beard, the reason I am having a beard is that I won’t need to do anything about it, right?

The answer to this question Is fairly simple if you don’t want to look like a caveman you have to take care of your beard. Beard trimming can take from a little to a lot of effort depending on the style you want to achieve and the experience you have at beard trimming.

Grow a Beard

In order to have a beard that can be trimmed you have to grow one first. As we mention on a previous article there are some hacks that can help you grow your beard a lot faster but generally speaking this process can take you from few weeks to couple months.

This is the most difficult part of growing a beard as you will look a bit weird to your coworkers and also you will get probably a bit itchy and irritated as the hair grows.

First of all you need to be patient, you have a goal of having a beard and this step is something you cannot avoid. The only tip we can give you here is to remove the hair of the bottom of your neck that you will either way trim when you will have a full beard in order to look a bit more “normal”

Beard maintenance

After you have been really patient and have already a grown beard you have to maintain it and show some love to it.

First like the hair on your head you have to wash it and conditioner it daily with targeted beard products. It is also a good idea to exfoliate your face skin once a week with a cream or a mask and of course buy a beard comb to avoid curls in your beard.

Create a perimeter

Even if you have a full beard there are some areas that you will need to trim regularly. These areas are the checks and the neck, there is no magic solution on how to do it as it depends on your face structure and the look you want to accomplish but as a general rule you want the check line not to be either too tight nor too sprout and it is your job to find the balance. You can always follow the old rule of following the “smile lines”.

As far as trimming the neckline one general rule you can follow is to trim one inch below the jaw line.

Neckline

For shaping your neckline you need to either use a professional hair trimmer and set the level of it at “0” or use a blade along with applying some shave oil.

Whatever product you choose to use the process is the same start from the center of your neck (below your chin) and just follow the natural curve of your neckline to your ear.

Then do the same to the other side of your neck to the other ear. Don’t forget to apply an after shave or balm to the shaved areas after you are done.

Cheeks

Just like you did with the neckline choose either a blade or a professional hair trimmer and start trimming on the upper side of your mustache and follow up the “smile line” to the end.

When you are done do the same to the other side of your face. Again do not forget to apply some after shave to the shaved areas.

Keep in mind that this is a process that you will need to follow couple times per week depending on the grade your beard is growing and how thick it is. Good trimming!!

Growing a beard.. Tips that will help you grow a beard faster

Having full beard is really cool but also takes a lot of time to grow one. It can take up to 3 months to have your beard start looking like a full beard. We have gathered some hacks in order to help you make this process faster than usual.

Take Vitamins

There are certain vitamins like vitamin h (biotin) that make your hair and nails grow faster.
Taking 2.5mg daily will make your beard grow faster.
Vitamin B you should include more vitamin B in your diet or take some vitamin B supplements, especially Vitamin B6, B12, and B1

Take more protein

Protein also helps hair growing and it can be found in fish, meat, nuts and egg. If you are a vegetarian you can buy whey protein in order to increase the amount received.
Exfoliate your facial skin, you should exfoliate your skin one time per week. This will remove dead cells and help the hair grow faster. You can do it by buying certain exfoliate lotions for men or buy an exfoliate mask, that needs to be placed to your face for 30 minutes before removing it.

Keep your face skin clean

Buy a facial cleaner and wash your face with it with mild hot water every morning. Keeping your skin clean also helps the hair to grow faster.
Use moisturizer with eucalyptus, eucalyptus helps a lot in hair growth and also moisturized skin also create a great environment for hair to grow faster so if you combine these two you will help your facial hair grow much faster.

Sleep More

Sleep well you will have probably heard again that sleeping well helps you face look younger but how it is related with hair growth? When you sleep your damaged skin cells repair themselves so that’s why your skin looks better if you sleep well and also promotes beard growth.

Workout

We all live high stress lifestyles but we need to find healthy ways to relieve from this stress. So what is better than working out, but you might ask what stress has to do with my beard? Well it is proved from healthcare experts that hair reveals stress.
Another way working out helps hair growth is that exercising improves blood circulation at your entire body and also at face, resulting in faster hair growth.

Do not trim your beard

It might sound really basic for someone that has never grown a full beard but if you have done you will understand why I am saying this. When growing a beard there will be points that it will not look so good and you might want to shape it in order to look nice Do not do it, leave your beard alone be patient and a few weeks later you will get rewarded.
Shaving regularly makes beard thicker and grow quicker, ignore this common belief because it is just a … belief, there is no scientific proof for this belief the only scientific proof that exists is that if you shave your beard it will make it shorter and nothing more.
When you are growing a beard the hair will be stiff, this might result getting itchy or irritated if that happens visit a doctor and ask him for a hydrocortisone cream. Because this cream has lots of side effects do it only under the guidance of a doctor and not because you read it here or at another article.
Apply some of the tips given or even better all of them be patient and you will get rewarded with a great full beard faster than normal.

Do You Want to Grow a Goatee without a Mustache?

Facial hair adds significantly to any wardrobe or hairstyle that you want. Men with goatees have always been known to exhibit sexual virility, knowledge, masculinity, and wisdom. Yet, other people think of men as primitive, unclean, and strange, whenever they see goatees. Growing a goatee without a mustache can make or break your looks.

Traditionally, a goatee is a patch of hair growth just below you lower lip until your entire chin area. Many mustache-less goatee styles are gaining popularity. Below are some of them and what they can say about you:

  1. Traditional Goatee (No Mustache)

In this goatee, your goatee’s edges are left vertical or rounded. This goatee style shows that you are a man with traditional style.

  1. Balbo Goatee (No Mustache)

This is done to form an inverted “T”, resembling a ship’s anchor. Balbo looks good on men with square or round-shaped faces, If you have this goatee, then you are sending a message that you’re an outdoor, rugged person.

  1. Chin Strap Goatee (No Mustache)

The chin strap goatee involves a thin line of hair from one of your sideburns to the other. The line of hair goes through the chin line. This goatee style reflects your dramatic side.

  1. Soul Patch Goatee (No Mustache)

This style is the smallest goatee ever created. It is also known as Mouche or the Imperial. The Soul Patch is often seen just below the lip, without a mustache. It makes you look artistic, creative, energetic, and youthful.

  1. Tailback Goatee (No Mustache)

Also known as the Hollywoodian, the tailback goatee is created from a full beard. You just shave the beard down, to produce a straight cut that stretches horizontally from each of the corners of your mouth. It signals people to give you the prestige and the respect you deserve.

Do You Want a Beard Neckline?

Some men like trimming their beard neckline too high, up to their jaw line. You should try your best to avoid this move because it shows people that your beard is already too small to fit your face.

Take note that you do not need to trim your beard into a beard neckline. It is much better to grow it naturally. Just don’t allow it to reach your chest hair (If you have any) or you will look like a transforming werewolf.

What Else is Living in your Facial Hair?

mites

Face Mite

Red skin?

If you are suffering from redness of the skin on your face or other skin complaints, your face and facial hair might be host to Demodex Folliculorum.

Another type of face mite

These microscopic animals are usually found near the eyebrows and nose, but can also inhabit hair follicles and sebaceous glands. When there are large numbers of the Demodex Follicorum on your skin, the infestation is called demodicosis. Sometimes these infestations can cause inflammation of the skin, which results in red patches on your face.

About Demodex Folliculorum

The mite is a small animal between 0.1 and 0.4 mm long, and has four pairs of short legs. It lives with its head inwards, and its tail sometimes is visible between the hair follicles. Up to 25 mites can live in one follicle. The life span of the Demodex is about two weeks, and it feeds on the content of the sebaceous glands and dead skin cells. They are most active at night, because they do not like the light. When you sleep, the mites travel over your face.

Quite harmless?

Though these hair follicle mites have been associated with hair loss, and in particular the loss of eyelashes, it has not been proven that hair loss is caused by mites. They have als been associated with skin complaints like acne rosacea and inflammation of the eyelids (blepharitis). In general infestations have been found in all types of skins, and are considered to be part of the normal skin fauna. About 80% of the adult population has these mites.

Diagnosis

To determine whether you are infested with the Demodex Folliculorum, the content of sebaceous glands can be examined under a microscope. What you would see would be similar to this video:

Treatment

With most skin problems it is not clear if the Demodex folliculorum is of any influence. A good skin care can limit the amount of mites on the skin. An overproduction of sebum causes a faster growth in mites, and should be avoided. So be gentle with your skin and make sure you only use natural products without preservatives and other additives.
